These large juicy tomatoes won’t hang around much longer in this heat and humidity, so this week my meal plan is all about making the most of them while they last. I’ll be re-making a lot of my seasonal favorites—salsa, tomato salad, ratatouille, gazpacho. I’m also really looking forward to trying some new tomato recipes for Oven-Roasted Tomato Soup and Easy Tomato Sauce sent in by CSA member Melissa Boatman.
