I was so excited to see arugula back in the share this week. I don’t know about you, but I find its peppery bite so irresistible that I eat handfuls of the stuff, raw, right out of the bag, before I even make it home.
If, by Week 19 in the Spring/Summer CSA, you are less enthusiastic about some of the vegetable regulars—eggplant and Campari tomatoes I’m looking at you—I’ve included several new recipe ideas for them both. I’m also working on a round-up of all the eggplant ideas the blog so far this season. Send in your best recipes and I’ll add them to the list.
