Dear CSA members and farm friends,
 
Welcome to week 15 of our 20-week Spring and Summer season. This week's share marks the end of the third quarter of the season. There are only five more weeks to go! 

As the temperatures continue to inch closer to the 100-degree mark there are only certain crops that will survive and bear fruit. Thankfully, our warm-weather crops are in great shape, and we have got mountains of onions, potatoes and winter squash in storage to keep the remaining shares interesting and diverse. 

In the share this week:

  • sweet corn
  • potatoes
  • onions
  • sweet peppers
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • sunflowers or squash
  • potatoes
  • cabbage
  • garlic 
  • some shares have eggplant, jalapeno peppers, and zucchini

We will have shelled purple hull peas in the farmstand today (Wednesday).
